Bara: This recipe makes 16-18\r
1 1/2 cups of flour\r
small pinch of turmeric\r
1/2 tsp brown sugar\r
1/2 tsp yeast\r
1/2 tsp baking powder\r
1/2 tsp salt\r
2 tbsp of oil to knead the dough\r
Lukewarm water to knead the dough\r
Oil to fry\r

Channa:\r
2 cups of Kabuli Channa (small grain)\r
1/4 tsp baking soda\r
2 tbsps green seasoning\r
1 tsp roasted geera or cumin + more to taste\r
pinch of duck&goat curry powder\r
pinch of turmeric\r
salt to taste\r
\r
Condiments: Ground hot pepper + Water + salt, Tamarind Chutney, Coconut Chutney and Cucumber Chutney. \r
